Cant contact a buyer with my address details

I've just sold an item on Ebay but every time I try to send details to the buyer for the collection (as its a large item) the email keeps getting returned saying "Not Delivered". I also can't work out how to contact ebay directly to try to sort the problem out.

eBay block messages containing contact details if they're sent prior to payment.    Once buyer has paid give it a while to update on the system then try again.
