I had a vintage fisher price toy in my listing then when I went to relist it I couldn't why was this as I have had it on for about 2 months or more and this is the 1st time this has happened.

It's because you are a private seller and the rules on selling toys recently changed. Only business sellers can now sell these sorts of items.
