Cant collect an item help

Hi so i ordered a racing simulator steering wheel for collection on ebay and since paying the seller hasnt answered any of my messages and so i cant collect it and ive tried to cancel the order and hes rejected the cancellation so what am i supposed to do i payed for the buyer protection thing and im literally being scammed and i cant get my money back or pick it up what an i supposed to do plus the ai assistant is utterly useless and i cant get it to connect me to  an actual person... How is this ok

Wait 7 days, not sure if you can open a case earlier,  you can try,  then open a case for item not received.

As the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
