Cannot edit a listing or reply to a policy violation

Hello all,

I need help because I am stuck in the following situation. I have listed an item and included a link to the manufactures website for detailed specs. I suspect this has flagged a policy violation on ebay.

I got an email with a general description, which I try to appeal too, but the ebay's website it just not accepting my message! Just throws this random error after I click Submit and it's stuck!

Furthermore, I can't find how to edit my listing to remove the link!

Can you please help?

Thank you in advance,

kind regards,

Kyriakos

eBay don't allow links to third party websites, so that will get your listing flagged up.

I'd end the listing if it's still active and would set the listing up again from scratch, making sure that there are no links there and no phrases that could seem like an offer to sell outside of eBay.

At the moment you have 2 links to third party websites in your APC listing.

It's insane, what's happening, playing around with all menu options, I was able to see these options:

None of them works though - the Start Appeal displays the errors I have posted below.

The Rvise Listing shows this error:

and the End Listing shows this error:

Thank you for the reply and apologise for my delayed response, I've been travelling with limited access to my email.

I was able to delete the listing and recreate it as per your advice.

Quite annoying as a process, especially since all other options were generating random errors if you check my follow-up reply.

The issue was not with my APC listing, it was with my docking station listing, and the link was to the manufacturer's website!

Anyway, problem "solved"

Thanks again for taking the time to provide guidance
