As can be seen from the history, this item was purchased and paid for on 10 March; posted to the Buyer on 11 March using Royal Mail tracking 0210DEC901396261. There is a full breakdown of the parcel’s movements resulting in delivery on Wednesday 12 March at 9:38am. There is also a photo provided by Royal Mail which I have provided to the Buyer. Once an item has left the Seller it is no longer the Seller’s responsibility. The Buyer can start a claim with Royal Mail.

Has the buyer opened a case for item not received?
Then, enter the tracking number into those case details, if it has shown delivery the case will close in your favour, no need to refund.

Would you be kind enough to confirm you can see this from your end?
We are not eBay. You're just talking to other members here.
By the way, although in this case the item was delivered, you are incorrect to imagine that "Once an item has left the Seller it is no longer the Seller’s responsibility. The Buyer can start a claim with Royal Mail".
The reverse applies. If an item doesn't arrive or is damaged, eBay requires the seller to refund them in full. If the don't agreed to this within 3 working days the buyer can ask eBay to step in and enforce their refund. It would be up to you as the seller to claim any compensation from Royal Mail. It's all explained in eBay's money back guarantee policy: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

You are not talking to ebay here. We are members like you. If you've entered the number into the case it should be fine.

For information all tracking should be entered at the time as marking as dispatched. Ebay does say that tracking should always be entered BEFORE any case gets opened, implying that only entering AFTER case has been opened then it may be too late, especially if AI is involved.
