Cannot Promote an auction listing even though seller status is above Standard

For some reason I cannot promote my auction listings anymore. I used to pay £1 for a 7 day auction to promote it and this was the express promotion. This option should be available if I have enough listed and also if my status is top-rated or above standard. (top rated I think is for business sellers, I am not) Either way, two weeks ago I put up about 20 auctions and promoted some of them the normal way and had a fee of £1. This week I have 12 -14 auctions and wish to promote some but the option is not showing on the PC or the app.

Any ideas?

It would seem you should upgrade to a Buisness account on ebay,so you comply with ebay policies and the UK law.

A lot of buyers will bypass promoted listings that show as "Sponsored" on the site.
