I sold an item yesterday and just got the automatic ebay postal label and printed it out, now, an hour later, the buyer requested order cancellation, so I cancelled the order and refunded.
But how do I get a refund for the postage label?
The cost of the postage label has been deducted from my ebay balance.
Thanks.

An unused Simple Delivery postage label will be automatically refunded within 30 days.
If you didn't use Simple Delivery find the label on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub
On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions". Click on that then click on "Void Label". The refund will take between 5 and 7 days to process.

I did use simple delivery, I'm just confused because right now my cleared ebay balance is £2.74 down for the cost of the label and there's nothing on my account showing that a refund for the label is pending or anything like that, and I've received no notifications/emails about the label cancellation.
Does the fact I offered free postage make any difference? - The cost of the shipping label came out of my ebay balance, buying didn't pay it.
I printed the label out this morning but luckily hadn't posted it. I just want to know that it will be cancelled and refunded and I won't be down £2.74.

UPDATE: I found the postage label section but when I select the option to cancel the label it says "Label cannot be cancelled"
Help, what do I do?
