Postage Labels.

I recently sold an item for which I received £2 but because the label wouldn’t work I had to pay for £2.80 to send it yet eBay have already charged the buyer for postage. How do I get my postage money back. Trying to contact eBay is impossible - you end up going around in circles 😠. Keith

The cost of the first label will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days.   You cannot get back what you paid for the second label.
