I have tried to close my late mother’s account but because her mobile phone number is deregistered I am unable to do this as seems to require photo ID to log on for attaching death certificate and can’t convey the problem through your automated chat or find a phone number to call. Please can you advise on the best way to proceed with this. Thanks.
