Hi. I tried to contact Ebay today but I lost the chat when they asked me to find the item number, I'm not allowed to send a message but I haven't used personal payment info.

Please can you help? She wants this item for Friday and will think I'm being rude!

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Or try switching devices use a laptop / PC with Chrome and try this.  Click on the buyer's highlighted ID then top right should appear Contact Member.

Try send a message through there,  pick any subject when asked,  just to get onto the message page.

Great thanks very much. Ebay are so hard to contact. You need to send about
30 messages before you can talk to a human!
