Can't Promote Listings – No Option Available

I need help with promoting my listings on eBay. When I click on "Promote Listings," it only shows me a message about eligibility. It has been 2-3 months, and I still don’t see the option to promote my items.

I’m paying for a monthly subscription (#25), but I’m not getting any real benefits. I don’t understand why I’m allowed to list items but not promote them. How can I grow my sales if I can’t even promote my products?

On Amazon, it’s simple – I can list and promote without any issues. But on eBay, it feels like I’m being blocked for no reason.

Can someone explain what I need to do to become eligible? Or when will the option be available to me?

Thanks.

To promote items on eBay , you generally need to be an "Above Standard" or "Top Rated" seller with good performance metrics, a valid UK registration address, and a history of sales and positive feedback.

You must list your items as fixed-price listings in the correct country and currency. You can then create a Promoted Listings campaign.

I think you need more feedback and sales to give you a track record that potential. buyers can see. DSRs for example do not show until you have 10 feedback.
