Can staff at click and collect locations see what the buyer has ordered?

Question says it all. Can the staff see what products the buyer is collecting? Do there systems allow this?

No!

They only see the parcel.

They may be able to guess by shape, but would have no reason to open parcel.

Why do you ask?

We may be able to reply with info.

If you're asking about uing click and collect through eBay you can find eBay's guidance for sellers here:  https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/click-collect?id=4180&st=3...

I don't think it answers your question, but you can check this. The the answer really depends upon what consignment information the delivery service requires, e.g. contents and value of the item delivered, and how much of this information is required by or communicated to the click and collect store.

If you can't find this information you may need to contact eBay support, but I wouldn't count on them even knowing the answer. I don't think this question has ever been asked here before. Why are you so particuarly concerned about the click and collect store, when the contents and value of parcels is generally declared and known to those involved in delivery?
