Can changes be made to listing after item bought?

Can a seller change their listing once an item has been sold? As I had a item computer game discs and the pictures I’m 100% positive just showed a side eye level view and was just the one then it arrived on disc is scratched all over and doesn’t work basically I look at the listing now I’ve complained and it’s changed showing perfect black discs??!!

the beginning of the complaint I explained and the seller even agreed with me but then as the days of got on it’s seems to me they’ve changed it somehow…just want to know if this is possible and if not is it impossible???

Nope,  it's not possible to change any detail on description or photos after an item has been sold.

It may have been an accidental oversight on your part,  however,  if the disc doesn't work as it should do on receipt,  you have eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee to fall back on for a full refund.

If you open a case under eBay's money back guarantee they will almost certainly support you.

Even if the photo shows an undamaged disc, it could still have been damaged before the item was dispatched. eBay generally takes the buyer's word for the condition or arrival.

On the subject of photos, sellers can't normally change the photo after the listing has ended (because eBay hosts the picture, so the seller can't simply change it as was once possible.
