Yes , ,I bought a suit,,,,then customs wanted a fee of which i did not
consider fair trade customs has sent item back,,,so I'm looking for a
refund thay should consider it.

Custom duty is nothing to do with the seller, and I'm afraid if you didn't pay the duty due,  you have voided any refund under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

There is always a customs fee to pay this is stated on listings, when an item is of a certain value, I believe over £135.  There may be VAT to pay?
