I use an iPad but cannot open payments page hence cannot obtain my money .Agent agrees using old iPad (7years old) could be the reason payments page will not open
if I borrow friends computer I can open the payment page but this is not something I want to do all of the time
Am I the only one with this problem , at 80 I am not conversant with new technology but have used eBay since 1998
can anybody say they have the same problem
Afraid the label required by EBay does not include Payments Page ,hope you find this message
