Buying from China.

I bought an item from a China source in November 2024. I had/have persistent problems with it and the supplier consistently delayed help until the 30 day return period had expired. Tried to get help from Ebay but they were unhelpful.  The item, a Too guard dashcam, is of no use and cost me £59.99.  Because of the ineffectiveness of both Too guard AND Ebay I will not buy Chinese again and use Ebay as little as possible.  Amazon in the future.

Costly and ineffective purchase.

Buying from China.

Your seller played you for time.

Never listen to a seller's excuse or promises.

You open a case,  if it's not accepted or refunded in 3 days,  you escalate to eBay,  they step in,  and force the refund.

Working outside those case timelines sees you timed out too late to claim under their 30 day MBG , Money Back Guarantee Policy.
