I bought a electric scooter for over 200 pounds it's broken within 6 months the seller said it was under warranty and the part was getting sent from China I went to reply and im blocked where do I stand I paid though PayPal .

It's too late to do anything via ebay but as long as it's still within 180 days of payment you can open a claim direct from your Paypal account.
