Buyers returning items because they've made copies

I am hearing about buyers asking for high resolution images of paper items so they can make copies without the need to then buy. A watermark used to suffice but with AI and lesser tools this could be removed. What is the situation if a buyer buys an item, copies it on receipt and then asks for a refund??  Is this countered by an accurate detailed listing and a photograph of the item before posting or is there still potential or is there still potential for this to happen??

The buyer would need to open a case stating that the item was 'not as described'.

If they just opened a case stating they had changed their mind, you could refuse the return.
