Hello, I had a purchase about 5 hours ago. I have packaged the item and generated the qr code for evri with simple delivery. However, I have just had a message saying they want it sending by Royal Mail. I have tried to find a way to do this but I cannot seem to cancel the label or change the method. The help centre is for the buyer and just says for them to ask the seller. Is there a way to change the method? Thank you

You'd have to cancel/refund the transaction. Opt out of Evri in your postage prefs then relist for the buyer to buy again.
