Buyer wants a refund on a camera after having it for more than 2 months

As per the title what is the rules or practices on refunding a private sale after more than two months. This seems a bit long to have an item and want to return it.

A buyer has 30 days from receipt to open a claim with eBay.

Why do they want to return?

Within 30 days of delivery:

If they have changed their mind you can refuse a return as you have no returns accepted on your listings

If they claim there is a fault or its not as described you will have to accept the return pay return postage and refund in full
