Buyer vanished bag is breaking months on

I bought a designer bag 6 months ago. The item was sent to the authenticators who passed it. As soon as I received it the buyer vanished. It had cracks in the leather trim and Iv used it a hand full of times and all of the rim is cracking. I had it looked over and it is thought to be fake? Also just breaking bit by bit with no usage from me. What can I do? Pleas help I paid so much money and it doesn’t seem fair.

Ebay will only be interested for 30 days after the purchase. After that their mbg no longer applies.

You may be able to instigate a charge back with your bank if you hurry, I think they only give you about 6 months to do it.

You could go to Trading Standards but in my opinion this would be a waste of time because tou say the seller has disappeared.
