i have disspatched an item, but i can not see the disspatched/sent item option that then lets the buyer oniw its been disspatched

In Simple Delivery there is no dispatch button,  dispatch is actually triggered when you by the SD label.

hi,

in the pass, when i sold an item and posted it, there was a option to mark dispatched or sent, something along them lines, but last 2 times, that option no longer exists ,it now wants me use and print the ebay postage.

last time i spoke to ebay CS,  i had to delete my app and log onto the website and manually change the tracking number, it has happened again and i can not remember how i did it

Simple Delivery is now mandatory so you are supposed to use the ebay label.  For an item you've sent outside of SD, as said, you have to generate the SD label to mark dispatched and change the tracking.  You can cancel the label afterwards.
