Buyer says they have not received parcel and Evri says they have delivered?

Buyer says parcel has not arrived and Evri tracker says it has, what do I do now?

eBay will go by the tracking so buyer would not win a "not received" case.   Ask buyer to ask their neighbours in case someone has taken it in.
