Yesterday someone bought a dress from me and I sent a thank you message and I’d post that morning. I had an automated message back saying the buyer had reached out to eBay. I’m confused by this. They bought the dress. I printed off the label within a minute and then sent the message. There can’t be a problem. I sent a message a little later and it happened again. I’ve not had response from the buyer. Most odd. Any ideas?
