Buyer protection

As a private seller I find the buyer protection charge of 75 pence outrageous. EBay suggest a selling price of 0.99 for most of my items, which I ignore anyway, but then almost double the price to my loyal customers is frankly ridiculous. Me and many others will probably soon leave EBay if this is not reversed.

Those sellers with low values items will be the one's that suffer the most and yes some will leave and find other venues to sell there items.

For what you sell, maybe look to sell in lots.

Upgrade to business seller, BP and payment hold won't apply.

Re: Buyer protection

I’m not a business, just a small private seller. Little revenue. Probably don’t qualify

Re: Buyer protection

Any can open a business seller account.

Selling low value items are badly affected by buyer premium.
