Buyer not yet collected goods

I sold an item collect only. The buyer has paid and eBay are holding the money. I contacted the buyer to arrange collection and she said she would collect as soon as she could. I have asked several times for when she thinks she might be able to collect but I'm not getting any response. It's been 2 weeks now and, although I am retired, I do now have plans and may not be able to rearrange to suit her and quite frankly I could use the money (it's over £100).  Is there anything I can I do?

You can't make her pay if that is what you mean.

You could ask her if she would prefer to cancel, and if so cancel using "Buyer requested" which will generate a refund to her.

If she doesn't want to refund you'll gave to decide how long to want to wait and give her an ultimatum and if she still hasn't collected cancel, refund and relist. Add to your blocked list.

She has already paid and I just want it collected, but thank you for your advice on refunds. I wasn't sure how to go about that if it came to it.
