Buyer not received item

An item I shipped via Yodel on 3 Dec with a delivery date of 9 Dec still has not reached my buyer. 
Both the buyer and I have attempted to contact Yodel numerous times via phone, chat etc 

We were told on the 16th that delivery would be made on 17th but nothing. Status says delivery arranged. 
What can I do?

If you bought  the Yodel delivery via ebay then look to claim from packlink.

 

Bare in mind that some yodel deliveries have been severely delayed, as they stopped taking parcels at one point for a while due to volume.

Buyer not received item

Thanks, I logged a Packlink claim on 20 December but no response.

Have spoken to someone at eBay now who has refunded my money as buyer erroneously claimed he had not received though tracking said otherwise according to eBay.  Had to fight though. Unpleasant and worrying that despite tracking a buyer can try to make me liable.  Thinking twice about using eBay.
