Buyer may have paid postage

Hello

I sold item and buyer paid for it and postage. When I went to print label it asked for payment. When I tried PayPal it didn't work. So I used my card to pay for label (postage). How can I find out if the buyers funds for postage is still in my funds (that I move to my bank) or I paid it. If so the buyers postage money is where. How would I know I've not paid for it myself and the buyer has paid too. Meaning postage was paid twice and I'd be out of pocket.

Buyer may have paid postage

If you have buyer pays for postage they pay eBay who pay you  with the item amount, and you then use that money to pay for a postage label.

If you look at the item in 'orders' and then 'view payment details' for any sold item, you will see a breakdown of payments received and any deductions (BPF, promotions etc.).

If it's the speakers, your buyer paid nearly £20 for Royal Mail Special Delivery.

That service has a weight limit of 20kg and maximum parcel dimensions 61cm x 46cm x 46cm.
