Buyer in Asia placed winning bid but I only sell to UK addresses

I have an item that has sold to a buyer in Asia ( who has yet to pay) but my postage details exclude sales to non-UK addresses. How should I proceed?

You can issue a cancellation right away via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page.   Use the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address".  

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
