Hi need some help
I sent three separate parcels to the same person on the same day, tracking was provided & has tracking numbers but in all
three parcels it is not able to track any off them,
the buyer is now looking for three refunds, as they can’t be tracked, which is totally understandable if they haven’t received them, where do a stand with eBay ?
Will they compensate me as there’s proof there ?
or do I need to refund straight away & take the hit
any feedback would be much appreciated

Did you pay for the labels or were they provided by Ebay under the Simple Delivery programme?

Is the buyer trying to track from the eBay site or the carriers?

Tracking number is on the eBay site but when you click the tracking it takes you to the carrier where it is saying no tracking found on all three which is strange

If you used Simple Delivery then ebay picks up the tab for item not received claims.
