Buyer hasn’t collected item but paid

Hi. I recently sold an item on eBay. I was contacted before they bid to ask for my address. I told them they would receive that should they be successful bidding. They were the only  bidder and won. They paid and said they would collect. Seems perfect.

 
However,  after numerous contact messages to the buyer no further replies from them have been received, nothing. 

I've looked at their feedback which is ok but a lot of it is repetitive, same feedback by different members. I don't know if this is a thing you can do on the main site as I only use the app. 

It seems strange that someone would buy something and then not respond to a single message. Is it some new way of gaining my details/scamming? I don't know.

The Halogen Oven ?  This sold on the 24th October so yes they should have picked the item up by now.

Send them one last message politely informing them if you do not hear in say, 48 hours of a convenient time to pick up said item,  you deem the item to be unqanted and will be cancelling the order which will fully refund them.

If this is the case proceed this way.

Click on the item in Orders >>  Awaiting Postage.  Top left click on View Order details, then on the right from More Actions drop down menu select Cancel this order,  selecting the reason ....Buyer Requests to Cancel. 

 This refunds the buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.

You can then relist the item if you wish.

I would block this buyer in case they return.
