You cannot block a seller, but sellers can block buyers.
Are you trying to buy something from a seller and being blocked? Do you have any unpaid item strikes? Or, perhaps trying to buy from an international seller, who does not post to the UK. ?
They may not have blocked messages, you could send them a message to explain you are having an issue buying their item.
