Buyer has selected a Simple Delivery option I hadn’t offered

I’m selling an item over 61cm, it sold once using EBay Simple Delivery but was refused by the Post Office as too large so I had to cancel it.  I’ve now sold it again but this time I had put limited postage options to Evri and the correct sizes.  The buyer has managed to pay for Royal Mail again, so I’m in the same situation.  Is it a case of having to cancel the order and start again?

Yes, cancel and relist, this time opting out of SD altogether.   You are supposed to be able to do for  large items but there is a problem at the moment.   See the workaround solution on here:
