I had an item on a 6 days listing. With 4 days to run I was messaged 4 times by a buyer who said if I put a buy it now on the item they would collect that day.
To cut a long story short it was complicate because they'd put a bid on which meant I couldn't edit the listing so they had to retract their bid and then I ended up having to end the listing and re list with a BIN price.
The buyer has been communicating no problems at all...they've paid for the item aaaand then nothing.......
I'm not sure what's happening and have asked if they wouldnt mind just communicating with me to let me know and they've gone completely silent.
Now I'm aware anything could have happened and I'm happy to hang on for a bit and see if they contact me but my question is, How long do I have to give them before I can refund them and re list the item if they do not get in contact with me?
