Buyer failing to collect item that was advertised as such

I advertised a Bose PA speaker back in the summer clearly showing as a collection only due to its size and weight. Item purchased and immediately paid for by buyer. However, the buyer is now asking me to do all the work and send it to him which due to illness I am unable to do. I have reminded the buyer that the item was clearly shown as a collection only due only. It is now almost five months on and he hasn’t/won’t pick it up or arrange a courier etc. I have been fully paid by EBay and I have sent five messages to the seller via EBay asking why the delay but I don’t hear from him and then he sends a message a month later asking the same old question. Anyone else had this happen. He has paid therefore it is legally his property …

You should refund buyer.

But as it is too late to do through ebay it will have to via PayPal (if you both use it) or bank transfer.
