Buyer does not want to pay.

Ive sold an item. There was a delay with delivery, so buyer requested refund. As I hate trouble, I did the refund, then he promised to pay after the item was delivered. 2 days later, my buyer finally got the item, inspected it, and was happy with it, so I have asked for my money. Now he is asking for an invoice, which I cannot provide as I did the refund. Buyer is making my life difficult, and I just do not know how to handle this anymore. The dispatch request is closed around eBay; they are only robots, so I do not know what to do. 

The buyer said they will contact eBay, but what for? I sent the parcel; it was delivered. Shouldn't I have my money back??

Buyer does not want to pay.

You cannot send an invoice for this item if the refund was managed through an eBay case,  and if it wasn't, it's still showing as paid.

 

I think your buyer is just trying to be helpful by asking eBay how to proceed, as they are not receiving an invoice to pay.

 

Message the buyer that they can repay you via a cheque,  bank transfer or if they have a PayPal account by a PayPal Friends and Family payment.  Or,  you can send them a Paypal invoice for the amount and they can pay with various card payment choices.

 

Nothing can be managed through eBay now.
