Buyer collected item but eBay still holding finds

I sold an item and the buyer chose to collect. My monies are still being held pending me confirming it’s been posted. The buyer has already left positive feedback as have I.  How do I get my money released?

The buyer should have given a QR code to confirm collection.  You can still ask them for it and enter it into ebay.

Where will he find the QR code - I haven’t used eBay for a long time.  Is there a link that he needs to click on?

The buyer will have received the code in an email from ebay.   See "Proof of collection" on here:

Even without that the money should be released in 14 days, or maybe 30 days if ebay are classing you as a new seller.
