Hello. I'm finding this very rather confusing for myself so I will try to explain in the simplest of terms for myself and everyone. Apologies if I aren't as clear as I mean it to be.
I purchased an item, the item was not delivered in due time so I opened a case. One month later ebay refunded me for my item as there was no delivery, tracking was available and this showed no delivery.
3 Weeks after I received a refund the courier tried to deliver the item twice. After two failed attempts to deliver to me the courier then stated the item was being delivered to the seller.
Item was then later marked as delivered.
Seller left negative feedback about me in my positive feedback section stating that I have the item as well as having a refund from them.
I contacted the seller and sent the seller a screenshot of the tracking delivery history that clearly stated it the item was not delivered to my postcode.
Seller has informed me that they have since also received a refund. Nice. But how do I get the wrong feedback removed that this seller left in the positive feedback section.
Many thanks in advance for any help

Thank you ever so much for your helpful links.
Had to ring ebay as the request feedback removal link is only for sellers, as seller are not meant to leave negative feedback for buyers.
