Buyer collected from me

Buyer collected today, I scanned QR code which it accepted.  Because later it still hadn't changed status, it still said awaiting collection and scan QR..  I contacted buyer and he gave me the code digits.  I've entered them again, and it's still saying awaiting collection.  Am I doing something wrong?  He paid last night and then collected this morning.

If the system hasn't updated later today, contact eBay Customer Services with that QR code.
