Buyer claimed item not received, I refund, buyer then sells same item on eBay

I sold a low value item on eBay.  As I had stamps available I used them and put it in the post.  Buyer claimed they did not receive the item.  I refund.  Four months later they sold the item they claimed not to have received on eBay.  It is without doubt the same item.  I have screenshots to prove this.

I contacted customer services 4 times, eBay agree it is the same item.  They made various promises, I would be refunded/contacted etc.  No refund has been received.  I feel they have fobbed me of (thanks, Oscar, Reuben, Victor & Corrine).  They don't seem to be the slightest bit interested they have facilitated, theft, fraud and selling stolen properties.  No consequence for the "buyer".  I'm sick of the scammers continuously getting away with it.

I contacted the "buyer" see attachment for response.   She has not paid and ignored any subsequent messages.

Any suggestions what to do next?

Whenever you send an item untracked,  and I understand a low value item sometimes doesn't warrant that cost,  but you then leave yourself open to item not received cases.

There's nothing you can do through eBay the time to appeal a refund has lapsed,  and the buyer is obviously ignoring your messages not wishing to pursue this further.

Bottom line is you cannot prove it's the same item.

Whilst it very well could be the same item,  it could be a different one,  a buyer buying an item in better condition to the one they have,  and they are even allowed to use your photos and description to sell their item,  hence viewing an ' identical item.'

Thank you for your reply.  I can prove it is the same item, identifying marks on both listings.  eBay agree it is the same item.  The buyer has also admitted they received it.  See attachment.

Look to add this buyer to your blocked bidder list so they can't bid/buy from you again https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock?

As @tressygirl  says nothing you do via ebay.

Ebay offer no guarantee's when you list and sell on the site.

Once a refund is made, there is no way through ebay for buyer to refund, it can only be done through paypal, bank transfer cheque.

Your buyer has offered to send you a cheque, so why not accept, the problem is then you need to supply an address or email for paypal to be used.

Message and make it clear that address is so buyer can repay you, then hopefully ebay will allow message to go through.

Since offering to pay the buyer has ignored me.  No payment has been received.   I contacted her 2 weeks ago.  I have supplied an email address for her to pay via Paypal.
