Hi all,
kindly help as I’m new with selling on eBay. I’ve had a bid accepted and the buyer asked for more photos which I shared. Confirm purchase and awaiting payment.
Got an email from eBay to proceed with shipping the item and shortly from the buyer as well. Then another email from eBay that the buyers account has been flagged ‘We have a concern with the buyer account’
minutes later, I got another email of reinstatement of the buyers account.
I am unsure of what to do, should I proceed to send out the item?
please help

If they were reinstated quickly it sounds like an error by ebay. Have you received payment via ebay? If not you will be able to issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days.
Just checked your item and as it's a prime scam target you might want to err on the side of caution. You can issue a cancellation right away via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page using the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address". If they've paid anything the refund will be issued in the process.
And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

I'm going to say that's a spoof message.
I'm pretty sure that even eBay couldn't come up with that amount of grammatical and spelling mistakes. Just glancing at it indicates that there are at least a dozen bad errors in it.

Best report as spoof to ebay here spoof@ebay.co.uk as it could of come from a hacked account,and also be a fake payment.
