Buyer Protection

Having on average 2-3 sales per day before "Buyer Protection" , I am now down to 1-2 sales per week. Where is everyone moving to ?

The problem is that this fee is only charged when a buyer purchases off a private seller, there's no such fee for purchasing from a business seller.

therefore a buyer actually pays more than necessary if the seller is actually a business seller trading as a private seller.

A private seller cannot be holding stocks of, and selling, brand new items.

You clearly state "Welcome to Kraftcorner, We are a small family run business" making handcrafted items.

Business sellers do not get the Buyer protection fees added to there account listings, only private sellers do.
