Buyer Protection Fee

I understand that buyer protection fee is 10p + 7% however since yesterday Ebay is automatically adding more than this to my items. Anyone else having this problem? Any help greatly appreciated.

This only applies to items £10 or under.

Starting today, we’ve reduced the fixed portion of the Buyer Protection fee from £0.75 to just £0.10. You’ll notice the greatest impact on items priced £10 or less,
