Brought from an ebay company they asked me to pay them directly for a good discount

Any one had same thing I contact the company asking questions before buying .  They offered me a good discount price  if I paid them directly I paid by PayPal  so safe but I now can not find any of my messages to the company

If you bought directly from them you need to log into your Paypal account and open a "not received" case to get your money back.

Perhaps ebay deleted your messages as relating to an off ebay deal.

I hope that you paid that PayPal payment as 'goods' and not Friends & Family.

"I paid by PayPal  so safe"  - no so safe if eBay pick up that you indulged in an off eBay deal.
