I have received a glass item from a seller completely smashed in the packaging. I suspect the seller broke it whilst packing and sent like it hoping I would claim so they wouldn't lose any money. They keep telling me to file a claim, but I can not for the life of me see how to do this. They sent me a link which doesn't work, there is no way to talk to anyone, eBay talks about a partial refund through the stupid assistant chatbot (I want full refund not partial) and I'm at a loss as to what to do. Been an ebay buyer for over 20 years. I'm now thinking about buying from them again as this isn't good enough.
