I sold a pair of shoes on Oct 11th, they were received and feedback left etc now the buyer has contacted me to say the shoes have broken. What do I do?
If it's more than 30 days from delivery date they are too late to do anything about it via ebay so it's up to you. Obviously you'd expect shoes to last longer than a few weeks but you don't know how they've been treated by the buyer.
Even though it is now outside the 30 days, you as seller can still refund up to 90 days, you would just need to arrange for return with buyer, unless a photo proves it is not worth the cost of getting shoes back.
