I bought an item that was faulty, it didnt work, it was described as unused, the pictures showed it was obviously used through wear marks. I bought knowing it was used through signs of use, it was cheap!
When I contacted the seller about a return because it didnt work he was fine, when I mentioned the wear marks and obvious not unused, he basically states the marks are from storage, but they can only come from a particular kind of use and pretty much no way they are from storage.
I mentioned in my feedback he he was fine accepting the return but the unused part of the description was an absolute fabrication.
He then left two lots of feedback for me,
1st. Personal insults.
2nd. Lies about our messaging, me being rude, abusive and insulting, which in all honesty is total hogwash.
3rd. And probably the most important bit, stating in feedback that I had switched parts, BUT THE RETURNED PART IS STILL IN TRANSIT!
Where do I go from here, who is the best person to complain to?
