Bought Beds that are not as shown in listing help

I bought 4 divan beds recently and left them for a couple of weeks before unpacking the divans which look just like the photos and description - sadly I have just opened up a mattress to discover it is far from the one in the photo and listing . It is basic measuring just 29cm deep but the listing states luxury orthopaedic 25cm deep . I have supplied photos with a tape measure proving that they are wrong and so far the seller won’t admit they are wrong and has sent 3 photos of proposed replacements which also look nothing like the ones on the listing . The mattresses are still packaged but the divans have had the plastic removed although I am sure I could find it if needed but how do I resolve this . I reported the listing as the mattresses are not as described but automated ebay says not 

so frustrating as the seller is clearly not looking at the evidence in front of him .

If the beds are not as described and the seller is being unhelpful, as long as you are within 30 days, you should open a return using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
