Boot return

I bought a pair of snow boots back in September...when they arrived I tried them on but didn't lace them ....I laced them for the first time on Sunday and the lace holder /rivet loop thing came away from the boot ...kinds makes them useless ....I contacted seller ...sent pics ....they asked what I wanted to do ....so I asked for a refund ....and have heard nothing since ...just wondering what can be suggested for an amicable solution !

It's too late to do anything via ebay.   Their deadine for claims is 30 days from date of delivery.   Your only option is to contact your payment provider and see if they can help.
