Blocked Countries are still bidding??

Hi, tonight i have had 2 items sold and 1 being bid on from Poland. This country is on my blocked list, so how come the buyers are still getting through?

Did you block "Block buyers whose primary postage address is in a location to which I don’t post" on here:
